1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the tema4d website, its subdomains, mobile interface, and all associated services available at tema4d.cam.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is in the process of doing so.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile a Player creates on the Platform, through which all wagering, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game of chance offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of funds held within a Player's account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawal rights are activated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of self-management features available to Players, including deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "IDR" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used on the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform operations, promotional deadlines, and support hours.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on tema4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organizations are not eligible to register.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that online betting is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before participating.
3. You must not be self-excluded from any betting platform, including tema4d, at the time of registration or continued use.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent the Player personally and exclusively.
5. You must not have been previously banned or permanently suspended from the tema4d platform for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account on tema4d, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You further agree to the following conditions governing account management:

1. One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold a single account. The registration, use, or exploitation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2. Accurate Registration Data: You must register using your real name, valid contact email address, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tema4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify tema4d immediately by contacting our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact details are provided in Clause 16.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tema4d is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal rights are activated. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time during a Player's account lifetime at tema4d's discretion.

1. Required Documents: Players will be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method used for deposits.
2. Verification Timeline: tema4d will endeavor to complete KYC review within 1–5 business days of receiving complete and legible documentation. Players will be notified by email upon completion.
3. Pending Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded.
4. Document Accuracy: All submitted documents must be authentic, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged or manipulated documents will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Enhanced Due Diligence: For accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or other risk indicators, tema4d reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC set.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tema4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tema4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tema4d bears no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: tema4d currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Platform at all times.

1. Deposit Crediting: Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's account within 5 minutes during normal banking hours. Delays outside tema4d's control (e.g., scheduled bank maintenance) do not constitute a platform failure.
2. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by tema4d support.
3. Withdrawal Processing Time: tema4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours of submission. Withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced review may take up to 5 business days.
4. Withdrawal Minimum: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. tema4d reserves the right to adjust this threshold with notice to Players.
5. Dormant Accoun t Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. tema4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in and completing a verification step.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the tema4d platform, regardless of the game type or market. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

1. Bet Acceptance: A wager is only considered accepted and valid once the Platform has issued a confirmation to the Player. Bets placed during a system outage or immediately before the closure of a market may be voided at tema4d's discretion.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, game type, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each market on the Platform.
3. Obvious Errors: tema4d reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified, and the relevant stake will be returned to their balance.
4. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected sporting events. Odds in live markets fluctuate in real time. tema4d is not liable for any delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the Platform resulting from internet latency or data feed lag.
5. Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two (2) selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the accumulator reverts to the next lower combination. Full mix parlay rules are available on the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
6. Togel Draw Rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by official draw outcomes from certified draw partners. tema4d does not control or influence draw results. Any dispute regarding a draw outcome must be raised within 24 hours of the official result publication.
7. Winnings Payment: Confirmed winnings will be credited to the Player's account balance promptly following the conclusion and settlement of the relevant event or game round. tema4d reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation of any suspected irregularity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tema4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all. The contribution breakdown for each game category is published on the Promotions page of the Platform.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice.
4. Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or other techniques designed to circumvent the spirit of promotions will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account suspended.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts is considered bonus fraud.
6. tema4d's Right to Modify: tema4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect wagers that have already been accepted at the advertised promotional terms.
7. Seasonal Promotions: tema4d may offer time-limited promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Independence Day (17 August) — subject to separate terms published at the time of each promotion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tema4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Players or with parties involved in the events you are betting on.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or Platform security measures.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise distributing internal Platform odds data, proprietary information, or confidential communications from tema4d support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tema4d staff, customer support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and structural elements of the tema4d platform are the exclusive property of tema4d or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

1. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content.
2. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, frame, or republish any part of the tema4d platform without our express written permission.
3. The tema4d name, logo, and all associated branding elements are protected marks. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in social media handles, third-party websites, or affiliate materials not formally approved by tema4d — is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tema4d's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

1. Platform Availability: tema4d does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party data feed failures may temporarily affect service availability. tema4d will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability.
2. Internet Connectivity: tema4d is not responsible for losses caused by a Player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility during an active game session or live betting event.
3. Third-Party Payment Providers: tema4d is not liable for delays, errors, or transaction failures caused by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other third-party payment provider used to facilitate deposits or withdrawals.
4. Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall tema4d's total aggregate liability to a Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Indirect Losses: tema4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of how such losses arise.
6. Betting Outcomes: tema4d bears no responsibility for the outcomes of sporting events, casino games, togel draws, or any other game of chance offered on the Platform. All wagers are placed at the Player's own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

tema4d collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Personal data you provide during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and identity documents — is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of support services.
2. tema4d applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's device and our servers. Financial data is handled through PCI-compliant payment gateways.
3. tema4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law or requested by a competent authority.

12 Responsible Gaming

tema4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as entertainment; it should never be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

1. Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked from all betting and deposit activity, and no marketing communications will be sent.
2. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the Responsible Gaming settings panel. Once set, a deposit limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
3. Session Timers and Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them how long they have been actively playing. Reality check reminders are displayed at configurable intervals.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

tema4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Evidence that the Player is a minor or is otherwise ineligible under Clause 2.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Upon account termination for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after all outstanding investigations are resolved.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tema4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tema4d will notify registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between tema4d and its Players shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tema4d holds its operating license. Players acknowledge that online betting regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development, and it remains the Player's personal responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

1. Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact tema4d's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, Players may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], clearly detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account information, and the outcome sought. tema4d will provide a written response within 14 business days.
3. Finality of Platform Decisions: With respect to game outcomes, bet settlements, and RNG-determined results, tema4d's determination — following internal review — shall be considered final. In cases involving certified RNG or provably fair systems, the outcome logs generated by the certified game provider shall constitute definitive evidence.
4. Language of Proceedings: All formal dispute correspondence shall be conducted in English. tema4d may, at its discretion, arrange for Indonesian-speaking support staff to assist in the informal resolution process.
